The other shoe is getting ready to drop. Now that they actually have to start paying for the airplanes, not to mention paying out the wazoo for parts and support their margins are going to evaporate. And guess where management will look for blood...you got it, labor (or whatever these koolaid drinkers call themselves this week). This is reminding me of People's Express with all this new age KY jelly. And just imagine if they ever have the balls (or fool-heartedness) to go toe to toe with SWA...they will eat them for lunch. Passengers/customers want price, reliability and schedules that meet their needs. Once management (or whatever these koolaid drinkers call them this week) has bled labor dry they will have to raise ticket prices or go bankrupt and SWA and/or the lagacies with deeper pockets will come in for the kill. Unless regulation is re-born (don't rule that out with the dems in control), that is the way of this jungle, like it or not. In the meantime, these guys serve as fodder for other management teams to justify lower wages for more work...and these guys are porud of that?

Astounding.
