Trying to get a pilot group that is currently structured with top pay on the biggest aircraft to convert to said system. They won't give up their pay to bring the bottom NB guys up and have everyone get paid the same based on longevity. Can't say that I blame them, but if you go to a system like that, someone at the top has to give something up (or not get as big of raise as others).
