I finish IOE on the 4th of DEC.... The new bid month starts on the 6th. So what's the correct game plan for bidding in DEC. I want to maximize days off..... My IOE does not fall into the DEC bid month...so no credit for days worked. I get 6 days off (or so) after IOE...

So should I just bid for max days off? Will they just smash all trips into the end of the month? Anyway to get Xmas off via bidding?
