Of a sort. We have bid schedule trip guarantee (BSTG). If the trip was on your originally bid schedule you're protected, but not if you picked it up out of open time or traded for it.

12. All bid periods are 30 or 31 days.

High for now. We have 60 on their way to DL in the next 3 months, and quite a few of the more experienced FOs are leaving as FL, SW, VX, US, etc recall & hire. However we have already hired significant numbers in anticipation of the 60 flowups leaving.
