Chef, Thanks I looked it up after posting, again not a first. I could see that for the younger and or more junior crowd that would be nice. Wish it was 16.5k in addition to the conventional 16.5. Truth is most guys around here need the tax reduction aspect, good luck to you in your career. Hopefully it won't be too long before the Roth 401k does'nt apply to you
