The UAL pilots contract wasn't "negotiated". If someone comes to you and puts a gun to your head and tells you he will end your, and your families lives as you know it unless you empty your pockets, that isn't really a negotiation. Take a ride on the Chapter 11 train and have the 1113 process beaten over your head and let me know how "negotiations" are going. I love reading from pilots who were studying for the SAT when the UAL Chapter 11 beat down went into effect are now experts on the UAL Scope situation.

The new UAL pilot group will mercilessly fight to reclaim the flying that was stripped away. We may look like Stepbrothers fighting over banding and SLI stuff but we are all unified on the Scope issue.
