The solution seems pretty simple...RAISE TICKET PRICES! If the law is all encompassing then a rate hike will be felt everywhere and people whill whine and complain for a couple months and it will all be back to normal...Simple as that. I would rather have the rules better than they are now than work another year under the current rules. Plus there are too many guys and gals on the street. These rules being enacted would bring a significant number back. We as pilots need some improvement, let the bean counters figure out the rest. Congress WILL pass it next year, there is too much public pressure not too. Then It's no longer their problem. We are gonna have to live with these rules-like it or not.
