Actually, let me clarify the responses to this above. We don't have a Min Daily credit, we have a Min Duty Period credit. Most of the time, the distinction does not matter, however it does make a difference for CDO's and Duty Periods spanning two calendar days (such as the very rare "redeye" type trip that sometimes shows up).

In other words, Min credit for a CDO is still 3.5 hours because it is still a single duty period, even though it operates over two calendar days.
