It's a tough decision to make either way in all honesty. I would ideally like to stay in the UK, but there are just no jobs. I could stay on the J32 for the rest of my life, but the company I work for isn't great and has no real structure. Like everyone else I want to progress on to bigger and better things. In all honesty I don't see being in the USA as a long term option, we plan on living there for 18 - 24 months before looking to come back to the UK with a much more competitive resume having been on a jet.
