I don't know...could be dangerous if things start moving fast. I mean, alot of guys returning will be on reserve....it would suck to have an extra month of reserve just because we can't bid once a month.

For example, with the current rules, I could be on reseve in january, but hold a line in February. In this new system, I would have to be on reserve for another month before a new bid came out for March.

When things are stagnant....yeah, it is nice knowing. But if you could hold a better line next month, why wait an additional month?
