Well, they offered me the job. Going to be a difficult decision for sure.

Pay is actually better then your typical regional. They couldn't tell me exactly, but they seemed to think like high 20s, or maybe even low 30s. So yeah, the pluses decent pay, and a good airplane. I would think a thousand PIC hour 328 captain would be a contender for the majors. And of course there is also the possibility to upgrade to the 737 within the company.

But then there are the downsides, or potential downsides. Will there be an SDF-ATL line in 6 months? If not will I even have a job? It's unknowable.

And then of course it's non-union, and i'm leery of the "merit" based upgrades. Tough decisions.
