Never heard a good thing about Vision. That was back when your choices to get out of CFI'ing (which is what I was doing @ North Las Vegas airport) were: Vision and Scenic. Scenic was viewed as the better route to get some turbine time and then scram for a "decent" (to use the word loosely) commuter like Skywest, Horizon, etc.

Not sure how the situation is now (or what yours is). But you could always work for them, log a few hundred SIC turbine time, then scram for another regional. Not sure if that's the kind of place you would be able to hang out in long enough to upgrade then get 1000+ PIC turbine to apply to a major. But it's probably better than CFI'ing to use as an interview getter at a Skywest type place.
