It would be nice to see incentives built into the reserve system that might entice the more senior pilots to bid reserve occasionally. I've heard that Airtran has a decent system where reserve guys can end up crediting quite a bit more on reserve than while holding a line. I'm not a fan of walking away from the seniority system, but it would be nice to provide some relief for the guys who have been stuck on reserve for 3+ years.
