This is a one-for-one reduction from our other bases, including closing SBA. This is NOT a happy thing for 99% of the folks at SKW, although anyone who lives in IAH is may be OK with it.

The first bid was completed with volunteers. Based on their projected numbers they will have to do additional awards, which will probably involve some junior assignments.

Keep in mind that most of the volunteers probably live nearby. If a SKW person is commuting from California, ORD, SLC, DEN they almost certainly got junior-manned and would rather be back home.
