I imagine that law enforcement now has probable cause to search his computer, unlike the 19th highjacker (pre-9/11). If he is as clean as the wind driven snow, he can sleep well knowing that forensic analysis of his hard drive is doing the tedious work of testifying for him right now. He’s probably sleeping so well, in fact, that he is glad for the time off from work. What a diabolical way to get the holidays at home! The company will probably see through the rouse and consider it an illegal job action. I don’t recommend this method of bidding the holidays off. Good luck to his legal defense fund!
