This is the real reason SkyWest hasn't become a union. Of course chipaway has changed all that. As well, we've seen all the money we've made here get thrown into other airlines while our compensation has taken the hit.

SkyWest will again try to sell the koolaid and goodwill to try to beat a union drive, but I think that's all past us now. There are those who will drink it up but I feel most people have seen right through it.
