Well, they are fighting this and have demanded an arbitration over the issue. Both sides are going to go in and argue their position and the arbitrator will decide who is right regarding the scope interpretation. So, if the arbitrator decides for the company, you are going to blame Jay Pierce and ALPA. If the arbitrator decides for CAL ALPA in this matter, will you give credit for them doing something to protect our contract? Something tell me you won't.
