My son works for Flexjet and I believe he said you just have to be 1 1/2 hours from their gateway cities as of midnight of the day before you go on duty. He said some folks commute to hotels in their gateway city and stay at a hotel. Commuting and hotels are at your expense. I think he got to choose his gateway city. He seems very happy at Flexjet.
