is guarantee; 75 hours/mo divided by 2.5 hrs/day = 30 days. So yes, you'll get paid for weekends.
Here's the ARW 2003 CBA; the pay scales aren't current (I haven't worked there in 3 years) but the language is in effect. Section 4 and Section 3.K. are of note with regards to newhire pay. Concentrate to get through training...but as is sometimes said, with your CBA "learn it live it love it".
