Thank you for making it so simple for even me to understand! You must really think I am stupid. Yes, I know this will go to arbitration. My question is, does ALPA understand why the company wants this to go to arbitration? The company is going to continue to push our buttons to get a reaction. They want us fighting over everything. That way we can't concentrate on the task(s) at hand. No, I will not blame Pierce for the decision, one way or the other. Whatever the arbitrator says goes. They should be smart enough to read the contract. The company, on the other hand, will continue to take advantage of every loop hole ever thought of. The point I was making is simple... Pierce has not shown one iota of spine when it came to the last contract. ALPA has caved in on just about everything. Why should Pierce or ALPA start now? Pierce needs to go...so does ALPA. They both had their chances to prove their worth. We have done nothing but go backwards.

"Don't worry. ALPA National is looking out for our best interests."
Oh really! You have got to be kidding. Give me a list of what ALPA has accomplished in the last 10 years. Our best interests are last on their list.
