But it is a reality. CO guys know it too. They already agreed to keep UA's RJ deal when they join lists. It's the short term that's in question. Mgmnt will just keep the planes on the UAX side till the single list. Done.. end of story. So the big to-do about SkyW in IAH and Repub in Newark was over nothing.. puffed up chests to show some phony bravado.
While we want out of the RJ rat race, Legacy mgmnt and Regional mangement are trying to figure a way to get 99 seat planes on Express. I agree the (firm) line has to be drawn. I just think this deal about 66 seats is silly because its not going away and UA guys dont really want to fly them anyway.
Perhaps you should survey some of the 1437. I for one would be happy to fly any size jet or turbo prop for reasonably professional wages at United.
