If a UPS pilot is making 300k he/she is not in compliance with the EB directives on reducing flying. The best they should do is about 260k. By the way the union knows who these people are because they pay a percentage of income in union dues, which makes it really easy to track them.
Looks like this thread died after my comment on how the union could track the abusers.
They do know who you are.
