can't help on the medical as I've got other insurance but its available 90 days after starting i believe (in network is 115/month (family). Dental is $ 18/month for family. No interline or airline bennies but you build up plenty of miles(and hotels points) on the majors with all the deadheading to purchase 4 domestic round trips a year or so with a paired up mileage credit card. Int'l hotels vary but most are upscale due to security needs. Mostly Sheraton, marriot, and hiltons.
