The SOT did a good thing by getting the SC required list published, but it is just something to deviate from. For example, today in NYC we're supposed to have two SC FOs, we have 5!
The over/under SC for Thanksgiving Day is 8. Who's in? Christmas Eve is 9 and Christmas Day is 10. What we need the group to do is make the company justify this number by showing actual historical useage of short calls on major holidays...
