Review fund options on 401k
If a match is available- fund the 401k to maximize the match. Review your fund options closely and if possible choose a lifestyle or life cycle fund that will match your retirement. If possible also take advantage of a ROTH IRA for investments outside your 401k and use it to balance/compliment your 401k choices.
