I gotta tell ya kids I beat up Randal over this issue a while back....I was "too bad for you that you had too many lake homes and divorces"....HOWEVER......as I sit here working on my 6th year of furlough and working my spongebob squarepants calculator (I stole it from my niece) it would seem that I am somewhat of a spinless wonder. Im starting to see the other side of the fence. Im not ready for full steam ahead yet but I do see the point. I do think the evaluation process needs a little tweeking though....and I dont think the rule should be written as to have a co-pilot that is younger than 60 in the other seat....thats just crap...you either have it or you dont.....you are either healthy or your not. At this point I just want my job back.
