I am so screwed right now when it comes to 135PIC, because I started flying jumpers @ 270 hours and its all the time I have gotten since. I do not have anywhere close what is needed for XC, I have a much better shot getting my ME time up and going regional.

You are extremely close to Part 135 minimums. Figure out how to get another 150 hours total time really quickly. In the mean time, send in an application with Ameriflight in California, Cape Air, AirNet and Flight Express. I think you are probably a good candidate for Flight Express, as soon as you get another 130 hours or so. They start people out in the Cessna 210 flying single pilot IFR. Move to the Baron within about a year or so, from what I have heard. Sometimes faster. 2 years and you could move on.
