It's not ALPA reducing our W2's. It is
US, our own reps who are reducing our W2's. The MEC has succeeded in shutting down premium pay for the average pilot, and in doing so appears to have enabled massive amounts of premium pay for a small group who have the ability to accept a charter lifestyle. I'm happy that the "charter" guys are making money, but I'm more than a bit peeved that my own union prevents me from making an honest day of 150% pay.
