They're not the only ones. I was NWA, & they paid for it all which is kind of funny because NWA was considered cheap yet they paid for hotels during initial training and had better IT. Go figure.
NWA also paid per diem for new hires in training. NWA paid about 80 hours/month while in training also even for new hires. I was taking home more money per month from NWA during training than I was flying the line my first year. The really nice thing was having no home study to do before training. They actually taught us at the training center. Imagine that.
