Hmmm, funny. With NWAs superior (obviously) system, you got "NW Airlines" on your caller ID no matter if a live scheduler called you, or "the machine".
But it mattered much less, since there was no junior manning anyway.
Guess it's just a matter of standing up for what you want fixed. Go figure....
