You are on 1st year Dc9 F/O pay and deposit 60 hours into your bank for the year. Can you then withdraw that 60 hours when your a 744/777 Capt at max payrate? Obviously it might take some time to get to this point but was wondering if this is very common.

Yes you can do this. I did it when I upgraded from FO to Capt. That being said, with a hard cap on how many hours you could be paid in a month and a different type of monthly bidding, it used to be a lot easier to build up your bank.
