I certainly hope so, however the more likely result will be that in the interest of protecting their own jobs, they will "make a deal." The precedent is already there... they have been closing AA stations for YEARS already, and opening Eagle stations to do the same work under contract to AA, but for lower wages and worse work rules... that's fact.
When they close the station and give you the choice of unemployment or taking the same job, but for Eagle... which will you do? When you refuse, how long in this economy do you think it will be before they have a line of people begging for that job.
