There really is no lead time other than the last day of the month in which you want to get paid. Today for the month of November. (Get it in your Dec. 15th paycheck).
If you dropped a trip in December, don't worry about profit sharing for this year..........it's too late for December. Your December 15th paycheck is based on November hours flown. If you are at 61 hours accumulated
in the month of December, this is not paid until Jan. 15, 2011 so you would be looking at keeping the W-2 higher for 2011 profit sharing.......if we get it for 2011......
