Well, did you fail to mention to Compass that you had failed the instrument practical test? If so, it doesn't appear you have learned anything about being completely truthful in job applications.
Honesty is always the best policy. I would put it in the paperwork since at one point you were employed by Compass.
And how haven't I learned my lesson? I wasn't trying to hide anything then and I'm not trying to hide anything now. Just wanted to know how this would come up in PRIA.
