The AFA interference claims are embarrassing. If that's all they've got then they are in deep trouble. There's no way the NMB can call for a new vote based on those flimsy allegations and still maintain any appearance of being impartial.
The unions got the NMB to change the voting rules and they still lost.
I can't see the NMB bailing them out again. It would be way too obvious.
