It probably has more to do with where you are in the hiring stream. Front of the wave good, back of the wave good but you will be sitting reserve. Somplaces reserve aint a bad gig and can go senior. I used to love it my 1st 3 years here.

I am sure the UPS system has some marginal advantages for quicker advancement, but hey we got some pretty Jr Wide Body Capts (in Hong Kong).

Bottomline, similar to growing old, being Jr sucks but it usually beats the alternative.
