Crash ax, fire extinguishers and don't forget flight controls on every airplane... and some pilots have guns and skip security all together. How's that fair if they can shoot the guy next to them or shoot the guys while sitting on the js?
Nothing says that they can't go crazy too as we all know a braney fife that completed the program along with the former military top gun types.
Maybe nobody should be allowed to get near the cockpit?
Or, when you become a termination or any other type of risk you shouldn't be dequalled immediately and taken out of CASS with several penalties if you try to JS while officially on administrative leave.
