So, back to the original question;
Which would any of you prefer....the payscale you have now, or one similar to the traditional legacy payscales? I am looking for arguments both for and against switching the current system at Delta to a UPS/FDX model....
I personally prefer the UPS/FDX to what we have, but I want to see if I can make the case that a switchover would be beneficial to a majority of the pilots.
