Ask any ExpressJet pilot who got hired in 2006, when the upgrade time was an anticipated eighteen MONTHS, how their career expectations have changed. Fortunately XJT had a fantastic quality of life going (for a regional) for several years; it's been on the decline for many months now. No regrets for me, but I would suggest that you choose your poison based on other, more conservative criteria.
Totally agree here. No one knows upgrade times until they upgrade. Even with the changes at XJT, I as well am happy. I made a lateral move to come here for that chance i would get stuck, and im glad i did. 2011 you will have many more chances FSU pilot.
