Am now looking at the NEW MacBook Air. Need to check one out in person to make sure it will work with all my needs.
I have the 11" air. Hardware wise it lacks the obvious optical drive, has a relatively small HD (128GB), and no card reader. But there's no reason it can't do anything software wise that the other machines can't. Unless you need some insane amount of RAM/processor speed anyway.
