Many on here hate the leather jacket and many like it.

The ones who hate it will say it look unprofessional and the ones who like it will talk about the history of the jacket and that it is more practical than a blazer.

Why anyone cares what another pilot does to stay warm while within the guidelines of the company's uniform policy is beyond me
