Contact airline apps directly and see if they will release your application back to you so that can correct this error. Explain the situation, that you mistook the license block to include the medical as well and that you would like to update it to reflect the correct information. Having a current letter from the FAA showing no revocations/suspensions might help. Offer to send them a copy if that would help. You can get this by logging on to the FAA website. If you haven't done this before, you will need to register.
