Seems to be managements plan, but then again, when does anything they do ever go to plan?

My suspicion is that attrition will exceed the company's planned values (usually around 5 pilots a month, or something ridiculously low like that) and recalls will pick up come spring. Purely speculation, but based on years of dealing with Mesa management.
