The problem I see with most regional picketing is you guys convey a message that the public doesn't care about or understand. I always see pictures of signs of pilots looking tough carrying some sign about ALPA lingo about some regional airline namr. You need to portray a message that matters to people.
"I fly Delta passengers and made $22000 last year."
"I got 5 hours of sleep in an Econolodge last night."
"I've been on duty for 15 hours when I'm taking your family into that snowstorm landing."
That's the stuff that gets attention, gets people to notice, and embarrasses those in charge.
ALPA won't allow that (we tried it). The lawyers are too concerned ALPA will get sued for defamation. Yes, I'm serious.
