The XJ strategy has worked. It is proven. Look at our 2006 and bankruptcy agreements. Then compare that to what you are working under. Why wouldn't I trust the XJ MEC? We all just got 4% raises to make the current pay gap even larger than it was before.
I really don't think that because you are ****ed off, you need to picket. It has taken you guys how many years of negotiating and what do you have to show for it. Some agreements that are as good as the management mouths that they came out of. Maybe the 9E MEC needs a little lesson on this stuff as following their past tactics might not be the best. No one wants to negotiate for another 6 years so I will continue to back my MEC (XJ) becuase I have much more confidence in them.
