iSSH is a nice client for VNC. Supports SSH, VNC via SSH tunnel and public key authentication so you've got a direct, secure connection to your remote computer, not through an intermediate service. If those terms, dynamic DNS and port forwarding don't make your Unix senses all tingly, let me add my recommendation for LogMeIn.
