Yeah, I was disappointed by that email. Looks like it's back to normal business for the UAL management. Concessions, cutbacks and stalling. THIS is why retro pay to me is #2 behind scope.

I don't know how many months it takes to get an arbitrator up to speed, but I gotta figure we will be into May before we get back to square 1. Hopefully the company antics will be seen by the FAA as failing to meet the requirements of obtaining a SOC.
