I agree. I need a lot more money than $35,000/year to live. I enjoy the finer things in life like a house with a bedroom for every kid, two kids, two cars made in 2002, a date night once a week with my wife, and a very cheap vacation once per year. It takes about $70,000/year minimum to live my quality of life. $35,000 is fine if a spouse is making the other $35,000, but then someone has to babysit the kids when I'm on a trip. For me, that's not possible so I have to make the entire $70,000 by myself.

Anyhow Gary, I shouldn't have told you that your priorities are out of line. You continue flying for the love of it, and I'll continue flying for money.
