I interviewed in 07 as well. One of my classmates knows someone that just went through training and his interview was exactly like ours was three years ago. I studied the gouges on aviationinterviews.com. Most were helpful. Also, I did not study any ATP stuff. I basically used the gouge as an outline and bought the "Everything explained for professional pilots" book. That book is extremely helpful. Much more simple than trying to cram in Sheppard Air's program, although that program is great when your ready for your ATP written. A little overkill for the initial interview in my opinion. The cognitive speed test is something you don't study for at all. Basically an X,Y axis grid with numeric values. They give you a coordinate and want you to quickly use the grid to locate a number. The written paragraph when I went through is your view on the benefits of good CRM. And then an oral with a pilot interviewer and an HR interview. Overall a great experience and everyone treated us well and tried to help us with nerves. Good Luck, I enjoyed working for ASA while I was there and I think it will only get better.
