It really depends on the airline you work for. Some want you to wait till your done with training to use full benefits some will let you on your own airline right away and mainline later. At TSA we get full jumpseat benefits on TSA till we are finished with IOE then we have American, United, U.S. Airways and America West jump seat benefits as well as their express carriers.
